The present invention relates to hydrogels for preparing oral supplies, including dosage forms of molecules, compounds, substances, and microorganisms of aquaculture interest. Also, it comprises a protein (gelatin) in combination with a natural polymer selected from the group of pectin, chitosan, fructans, chitin, cellulose, starch, modified starch, lignin, or a synthetic polymer selected from polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylic acid, and polyphosphates. Further, the present invention discloses the production process through a green route using an enzyme, preferably of bacterial origin.
