METHOD FOR OBTAININGMETHOD FOR OBTAINING A POROUS INJECTABLE SCAFFOLD BASED ON SIMILAR BIOPOLYMERS WITH DIFFERENT MELTING TEMPERATURES
The invention relates to a method for generating a porous injectable scaffold, which comprises: providing a two-phase liquid composition at a temperature below 25°C, with Newtonian behaviour, wherein the composition comprises a dispersant phase that is liquid at room temperature, formed by a gelatin having a low melting point below 15°C and functionalised with methacryloyl or methacrylamide groups, a photoinitiator, and a dispersed phase, comprising solid-state micro drops or pearls, of a gelatin solution with a melting point above 25°C; initiating the polymerisation of the dispersing phase by means of luminous radiation; raising the temperature to 35-40°C and allowing the dispersed phase to melt; and obtaining a porous scaffold. The invention also relates to the porous scaffold formed and the use thereof as a biological support for tissue regeneration/generation; as a biological matrix as a cell support for cell invasion; as an acellular biological matrix, a biological matrix as a mechanical support and/or a biological matrix for active components.
