HIGH-ADHESION ARTIFICIAL CORNEAL ENDOTHELIA GRAFT, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF

A corneal implant subjected to adhesion increasing treatment, and a method for increasing the adhesion of an artificial corneal endothelial graft. By means of performing an epoxy-amine ring-opening reaction involving a polyamino high-molecular polymer and glycidyl methacrylate, a polyamino high-molecular polymer modified by methacrylate functionalization is obtained, which polymer can further improve the adhesion and biocompatibility of an artificial corneal endothelial graft by means of a photochemically induced radical polymerization reaction, and has the advantages of high oxygen permeability and high adhesion. The polyamino high-molecular polymer is gelatin, chitosan and serum albumin. The corneal implant is used for treating patients with corneal endothelial cell decompensation, has the barrier effect of isolating aqueous humor, eliminates corneal edema, and reduces the risk of corneal graft shedding after surgery.
