Disclosed in the present invention are an L-4-boronophenylalanine-N-carboxyanhydride monomer and a polyamino acid as well as a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The present invention constructs a polypeptide nano material having biological responsiveness and good biocompatibility, and specifically relates to the synthesis of L-4-boronophenylalanineN-carboxyanhydride, a series of polymers prepared by means of ring-opening polymerization thereof and the use of same in drug delivery. The polymers disclosed in the present invention have excellent biocompatibility, can be used for preparing (tumor targeting) polymer micelles, and can be suitable for efficient loading and delivery of hydrophilic and hydrophobic chemical drugs, drugs containing cis-1,2-diol or cis-1,3-diol, polypeptide drugs, protein drugs, nucleic acid drugs and the like.
