Disclosed in one or more embodiments are a polyester resin composition, a method for manufacturing a polyester film, and the like. The method for manufacturing a polyester film comprises: a preparation step of preparing a first composition and a second composition; a melting step of melting each of the first composition and the second composition, thereby preparing a first molten resin and a second molten resin; a sheet-forming step of applying a stacking device, thereby forming a sheet including a sheet stack in which first layers derived from the first molten resin and second layers derived from the second molten resin are alternately stacked; and a film-forming step of stretching the sheet, thereby preparing a polyester film including a stack in which the sheet stack is stretched, wherein the first composition comprises a polymer resin having a lactic acid moiety and a hydroxyalkanoate moiety, the second composition comprises an aliphatic polyester-based resin or an aliphatic-aromatic copolymerized polyester-based resin, and the difference in specific gravity between the first molten resin and the second molten resin is less than 0.2. Provided in embodiments are: a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly polyester film that has improved noise characteristics, can have ensured transparency and has shrinkage resistance properties and biodegradable properties; and the like.
