Material The invention is about the use of biodegradable polymers as food packaging material and its features are characterized by the following steps of methodology: Extracting the coffee silver- skin with an ethanol-water mixture; then reducing the alcohol amount of the resulting extract in a rotary evaporator and shortening the freezing time; freezing the extract concentrate in airtight glass containers; lyophilizing the frozen mixture to ensure that it is a product with a long shelf life and can be easily dissolved; then, the coffee silver-skin extract was suspended in dimethyl formamide, which has an electrical conductivity of ~2.5 ?S/cm and a boiling point of 153 °C and is dispersible in non-polar solvents; then adding polylactic acid dissolved in dichloromethane to the resulting mixture; loading the final prepared mixture into the electro- blowing system and spraying it into the grounded drum to produce nanofibers.
