AMPHIPHILIC POLYMER-COATED MAGNETIC NANOCLUSTERS AND METHOD FOR DETECTING EXOSOMES OR VIRUSES USING SAME
The present invention relates to amphiphilic polymer-coated magnetic nanoclusters and a method for detecting exosomes or viruses using same. The amphiphilic polymer-coated magnetic nanoclusters comprise: an amphiphilic polymer containing chitosan oligosaccharide lactate (COL) and 1-pyrenecarboxylic acid (Py); and organic magnetic nanoparticles and were identified to allow for the detection of exosomes and viruses more cost-effectively and with higher purity in a shorter time, compared to existing exosome and virus detection methods, and thus can be advantageously applied to a method for detecting exosomes and viruses.
