The present invention relates to a process for producing bioplastic from oat waste for the manufacture of products for various categories of the plastic, food, agribusiness, cosmetics, and packaging industries, consisting of preparing a mixture based on oat waste, polypropylene, additives, plasticizers, and lubricants applied in plastic injection, extrusion, and thermoforming processes, at a very economical cost by obtaining them from waste or post-industrial by-products from the food and agricultural industry, considered garbage. Also, it aims to reduce the carbon footprint and the degradation times of plastic products at the lowest possible cost.
