The present invention pertains to a biodegradable polymer dispersion and a method for producing same. The method for preparing the biodegradable polymer dispersion comprises the steps of: (1) mixing a biodegradable polymer and an emulsifier to prepare an emulsion; (2) heating the emulsion; and (3) mixing the heated emulsion and an additive.
